Hi,
We have noticed a couple of times now an issue when installing the Audit Management Workspace plugin and wanted to post here to see if any others have encountered this issue.
Issue: An issue in the Audit Management Workspace is causing users to be unable to associate Engagements to Audit Plans. This is happening when clicking the 'Add' button and attempting to select an engagement to associate on an audit plan record. No errors are thrown when executing these steps.
- Navigate to an audit plan
- Open the 'Engagements' related list
- Click the 'Add' button
- Select the checkbox for any engagement
- Click 'Add' in the modal window
- Verify the engagement does not associate in the related list
Note: This issue has been identified previously in other ServiceNow instances and was resolved via uninstalling and reinstalling the GRC: Audit Workspace plugin.
Has anyone else had this?

@robelliott Did you reach out to ServiceNow regarding this? I uninstalled and installed the plugins but the issue still persists for me.

Hi @robelliott,
The reason for this may a version patch issue, for instance. try to uninstall it once and reinstall it. I had faced this issue previously, but now my issue is resolved.
There are additional plugins for audit management in ServiceNow as well; try that as well.
If you find my answer useful, please mark it as Helpful and Correct 😊
