Thanks for your suggestion. I have already tried clearing the cache using cache.do, but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I should check.

Hi @vs6242424, Did you check the server table that you're using for auditing? Maybe there are some flows or backend operations that are not allowing the audit. Please look at that side once, more specifically around that table.
