Best approach to Publish GRC policy from a Word document

Hi Team,

I would like to know how content from a Word document can be copied on to a Policy text field of type HTML without missing the format.

So far we have tried below approached and were unsuccessful:

1.Copy & paste from Word document

2.Copy & paste via document source code

Thanks & Regards,

Midilesh

Hi @Midilesh ,

If you do not have Microsoft or Google Drive integration, then you can import the policy text as an attachment while preserving formatting by using the “Import Text Policy” functionality. You can import the content only when you’re the policy owner and the policy must also be in Draft state.

  1. Upload your Word document when prompted.
  2. Once uploaded, the content should appear in the Policy text field with formatting preserved.
