Cancel expired assessment

Hi All,

 

I have identified several of our Control Attestations being set to cancelled by a scheduled job.

Has anyone else had issues with this OOTB behaviour - since it cancels active attestations for us if they are overdue!

The OOTB behavior works as designed. You can deactivate the job or change the frequency if you do not want expired surveys/assessments to ever be cancelled. 

 

You can also just change the gr.state line to change the State to something else than "Cancelled" when overdue
