Hello,
In compliance workspace, need help in making the 'comments' field mandatory on change of 'state' field in the below mentioned section.
Steps to navigate:
1. Create Policy records and send it for Approval
2. Navigate to tasks ->My pending tasks-> Policy Approvals
3. Select the policy records and click on Edit button, a dialog box appears.
I need to make the Comments field mandatory when the state is changed to Rejected, in the above shown section.
I tried making the Comment field mandatory, when the field is made mandatory in the dictionary level, it works fine.
But, when I make it mandatory OnLoad/Onchange of a field the script doesnt work and the field is non mandatory
Any help would be much appreciated.
