Compliance Workspace Homepage data refresh

Hello community! I am experimenting with the compliance workspace in my PDI and am having trouble finding documentation on the home page configuration. I setup a test authority doc and policy that are visible in the list view, but the homepage data does not seem to be in sync. Please see screenshots below:

"No records to display" and states data is from September 15 (today is September 17).

Cannot adjust parameters to view data for today:

Policy is only visible in list view:

Any thoughts on how to solve this? Apologies if I'm missing something obvious here. I think users would expect the homepage dashboard data to be in sync with the list view.

Hello @Ryan19,

The homepage/dashboard uses specific widgets and reports, so it may not refresh in real time like the list view. These docs should help:

• Configuring GRC Compliance Workspace

• Using the Compliance Workspace

Check if your policy/authority docs meets the widget conditions and whether refresh intervals are affecting the sync.
