Hi,

Few things which you should make a note of :

1) Table structure.

2) Field types.

3) Data model in servicenow. We have GRC module which can be used for this. have a look at it.

4) Roles and access to users.

5) Groups and user matrix.

Thanks,
Ashutosh Munot

Hello Ashraf,

ServiceNow has 2 great partners that can help you with that.

First Precision Bridge has certified on the ServiceNow Store an Archer to ServiceNow IRM/GRC Migration tool.

I supported them during the design and development and I know it is a brilliant solution that can save you 80+% of your migration time. I recommend to contact MARK HERRING <mherring@precisionbridge.net>.

As well I recommend the Partner 2MC. They are the largest Archer Implementer in EMEA (more than 600 implementation over the past 15 years). They have now moved to ServiceNow eco-system and started to implement GRC/IRM for the past 3 years. But the are the best experts I know on Archer, on its pitfalls and problems and on why ServiceNow is much better. As well, They can help driving the migration project (gap analysis, etc). They supported Precision Bridge to build the migration tool, bringing all the Archer knowledge. I recommend you contact either: Oliver Sima <osima@2mc.co> or Bobby Foster-Westgarth <bfoster-westgarth@2mc.co>.

Thanks Eric, at this time we are looking for in-house solution. If you can share your experience/challenges that will be great.

Hi,

You can do a integration as well using API and Pull data into servicenow which then can be converted to appropriate table once the data structure is finalised.

Thanks,
Ashutosh
