Data Migration from Archer to ServiceNow

I'm looking to move data from RSA Archer to ServiceNow. Please share any data migration experience/challenges you had experienced.

Good point but my instance is on closed network. I'm thinking of extracting data from Archer and then have a program running on MID Server. I see lot of challenges with loading attachments.

How does it sound?

Hi, What program will run on mid server. If your instance and archer is in same network then you can integrate without MID server. Also you can ask Archer to put data to mid server and then pull it from there. Thanks, Ashutosh

That's the problem both are on different networks. I'm thinking of extracting data in XML and place it on MID Server.

Run script from MID Server to call ServiceNow REST API. Still have no idea, how can we push attachments.

Please let me know your thoughts.
