Data Owner vs Control Owner

Can someone enlighten me between the difference of Data Owner and Control Owner

may i know from where are you getting this Data owner concept?

I've seen it on the Indicator results, both data owner and data owning group are empty and was wondering what it is.

 Indicators collect data to monitor controls and risks, and collect audit evidence. Indicators monitor a single control or risk and Indicator data for controls, risk, and audit evidence are measured differently depending on the GRC application.

Data owner even for me it's Empty.
