Hi everyone,
We started observing a Predictive Intelligence info message on issue record in the compliance workspace as shown below.
Observed that we have an OOTB similarity solution to predict issue Assigned to based on Name and Description.
It would be appreciated if someone provide more information that what are exactly running in the background to display that message, where it is configured, and why recently started displaying the message but not before (Is this may be we don't have much data to retrieve similarity results earlier?).
