Dear Community,
Currently, the Risk Response options are presented as Accept, Avoid, Mitigate and Transfer in Risk Assessments. Can we change this to 4T nomenclature (Treat, Transfer, Tolerate and Terminate)?
All the places in ServiceNow(native UI and workspace UI), these should be visible to users as Treat, Transfer, Tolerate or Terminate.
I have seen even the table names are in OOB names. Can we do this change directly as a configuration change somewhere in ServiceNow so that it will reflect?
Will there be upgrade impacts for these names? How big is the change going to be?
How about the internal functions that are being calling any methods? are they use any hardcoded name as Accept, Avoid, Mitigate and Transfer?
