Do you know how to create "issues" from observation of an engagement and then assign to milestone?

Hi,

I have created new "engagement " and registered the observations relevant to the audit in the Observation tab.

Now How can I create issues  relevant to these observation and assign to a milestone ?

I observed the issues can be created with reference to engagement but not observations.

Please guide

In the Observation record, ij the related list, you have "Results", to create a issue for the observation, you will need to select "result" as " Confirmed" as a new issue":
