What are the scenarios that we are expecting the emails to be triggered for TPRM?

Hi! I think Emails in the TPRM are expected in the following scenarios: when an assessment is assigned, is about to expire or is overdue; when the assessment is sent by the third party; when registering or updating a supplier; when identifying, assigning or updating risks and issues; when assigning tasks or when these are about to expire; on case status changes or engagement; when requesting approvals; when inviting the supplier to respond to an assessment; when requesting additional information; when contracts or documents are about to expire; and in cases of escalation due to lack of response from the supplier or internal SLA violation.
