Error Importing Shared List in ServiceNow–UCF Integration

I am experiencing an issue while integrating ServiceNow with Common Control Hub. During the import of a Shared List, I receive the following error message in ServiceNow:

“The selected Shared List does not match the existing Authority Document list. Select a different Shared List or update the existing Shared List.””

Note: Authority documents are same in UCF and ServiceNow still facing this error

Could anyone please provide guidance on how to resolve this mismatch so we can proceed with the integration?

Match source_id from servicenow with  AD ID of commoncontrolshub to avoid this error

Hi @sahiltorask ,

I have had this occur several times. The two ways I have found to get it to work:

1) Go into the UCF common controls hub and generate a new API key to put into the API field on the ServiceNow side. Then after saving have it perform the pull again.

2) If you go into the UCF area in SN, click cancel instead of running the pull. There is two related list on the bottom. I have seen that if there are records in this area, it can cause problems. I would export those records out to XML and then delete them. After they are deleted, try the pull again.

Hi Sahil

We got the subscription on UC ControlSight and got the api-key from API Manager. Tried updating the api-key on UCF Config record but see this error -

Unable to retrieve the CCH shared lists. Check your UCF credentials.

Is there any other configuration to be done for GRC: UCF on ServiceNow.
