Does grc or ServiceNow have the capability to integrate into 3rd party products to automate security reviews for audits? So ingest data and then automate reviews on set criteria using the ServiceNow platform

Hi Alex,

If I understand your question, you mean

1) Integrate Audit Mgmt with a 3rd Party Security Assessment tool

2) Create Control Tests linked to some testing "template" from the Security Assessment Tool

3) This 3rd party tool can be triggered to carry out these reviews by the Audit Control Test lifecycle using Automation/Orchestration i.e. manually using a button or automatically using a script and any relevant targetting information

4) The results from these reviews would then be re-ingested back into Audit

Either way, it's quite possible assuming a REST/SOAP API is in place allowing the two tools to communicate and interact and Workday has tools like AppOmni which carry these out.
