Where will I be able to find a glossary of definitions for the various fields and tables used in the IRM module? Appreciate your advice.

Here are two links for GRC and TPRM.  For Table Definitions, you'll find them under the Product and "Components installed with <Module>".  This for Components installed with Policy and Compliance Management .
