Hi everyone,
I’m curious to know if your organization is currently utilizing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) indicators within ServiceNow. If so, how are these indicators being applied in your workflows?
Specifically, I’m interested in understanding whether the use of GRC tools or frameworks has helped reduce manual effort or even fully automate self attestation activities in your environment ?
Have you seen improvements in efficiency, accuracy, or overall process reliability through automation or integration?

It’s a good idea to begin with common IT compliance requirements that leverage existing data within ServiceNow.
For instance, you can automate change management controls using data from the Change Request table, implement incident management controls, and establish IT infrastructure controls based on CMDB data.
If teams are currently collecting and managing evidence for compliance requirements manually, automating these processes through ServiceNow can significantly improve efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
