Has anyone found or created a more advanced article template than the one used in the policy? Any suggestion on how to make this more robust would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi
Navigate to : https://<Instance-name>.service-now.com/sn_compliance_article_template_list.do
You will get all the templates for Policy being listed, by default it would be "Example Article Template". You can also create a New one as well.
Now, the question is you have an incoming and an outgoing template as it were.
Incoming is the XML Template:
You can see that inside the XML is the ability to run scripts to gather information as per your requirement.
Outgoing is the KB Article that gets automatically created when the policy is published hence the question.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep
