GRC: Mobile License

We have purchased an IRM license.
I would like to start using GRC: mobile. Do we need an additional license like with Lite Operator? Or can GRC: Mobile be installed and used as a plugin without purchasing an additional license?
Also, which IRM licenses can be used with it? (Standard, Pro, Enterprise)
