Hi all,
I see that some products have licenses based on the number of GRC users (e.g. "1,000 GRC Users Included"). I wonder what do we intend for GRC users.
I understand the number of GRC users is the number of users having at at least one GRC role (e.g. sn_grc.reader, sn_risk.manager, sn_audit.developer). Is it correct?
Thank you!
Angelo

Hi Angelo,
If these users are in your sys_user table, then they would be counted.
Thanks,
Sungwoo

Hi Angelo,
The below package has been introduced with New York release – customers that subscribed to GRC prior to New York may be on a set different application. Regarding numbers, the best is to work with your account representative to figure out what applications you are subscribed to and how numbers are working now. They might be changed in between and I don't want to provide you with false information. Do you have one or should I point you to one?
NB. Performance Analytics (PA) is included as standard.

Given this is a year old, check the latest updates. SO much is now included, even in Standard...

Hi Angelo,
GRC user-based SKUs are all-employee licensing models. This means that all employees, including part-time, full-time, contractors, and contingent workers, in a company must be licensed as a GRC user. So, the number of GRC users is not the number of users with a GRC role; rather, all employees are counted as GRC users.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Sungwoo

Hi Angelo,
Our IRM SKUs are licensed on the all-employee model, meaning that all employees, including full-time, part-time, contractors, and contingent workers, must be licensed. Our previous GRC SKUs were also licensed on the all-employee model, so the number of GRC users is not the number of users having at least one GRC role, but rather all employees within a company. If you have more questions, please reach out to your account executive.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Sungwoo
