Hello Community,

Is there a way we can group the risks with the help of smart assessment engine?

If yes, can you provide some details.

Thanks!

Yes, you can group risks using the Smart Assessment Engine (SAE) in ServiceNow's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The SAE helps automate and streamline compliance and control effectiveness assessments, making it easier to manage and analyze risks.

Here are some key features of the Smart Assessment Engine that can help you group risks:

Assessment Design and Distribution: You can create and customize assessment templates, add instructions, questions, and references, and distribute these assessments to relevant stakeholders.

Single Workspace Management: Manage the entire assessment process, including triggering assessments, collecting responses, reassigning in-progress assessments, and canceling assessments, all from a single workspace.

Bulk Management: Combine multiple assigned assessments into a single view, allowing you to manage, submit, or reassign them in bulk.

Automated Analysis and Reporting: The SAE provides automated analysis and reporting capabilities, helping you quickly identify, prioritize, and react to various risks.

Integration with Risk Frameworks: The SAE supports multiple risk frameworks and can perform both top-down and bottom-up assessments, quantitative and qualitative assessments

How to bulk combine risk assessments using SAE? I see we can combine attestations[for controls] in compliance workspace. Where can we combine risk assessments (Do we have any new workspace for risk?). Also if possible please add some screenshots. It will be of great help.

Thanks

I believe this is on the roadmap and not currently possible, although for project risk it may be coming sooner.

If you are looking at grouping risks, potentially this is a scoping conversation.
