Grouping GRC Risk Assessments (OOB)

I have 46 assessments that need to be taken - all will have the same score/result. 

Assessment Group Criteria (sn_grc_asmt_group_options) is set up as follows:

Name: Control Objective/Risk Statement

Table name: Assessment Instance [asmt_assessment_instance]

Field name: Control/Risk Requirement Control Objective/Risk statement

Active: true

- I displayed the list of assessments [asmt_assessment_instance]

- I filtered on "Control Objective/Risk Statement" being "Control/Risk Requirement Control Objective/Risk statement"

- State of all assessments is "ready to take"

- All the entities are unique

If I select 10 or all 46 assessments from the list and click on the dropdown list of "Actions on selected rows", the "Group assessments" is grayed out as is the "Ungroup assessments".

What am I missing?

You can Group the attestation which are asigned to you , see below, i have Navigated to All > Policy and Compliance > Controls > My Attestations,then From the Actions on selected rows choice list, i can see the  Group Assessments enabled even if i don't have many attestations :

In your case, as per your filter, i see it's not assigned to you.

use the below filter on the "asmt_assessment_instance" table:
