Hello,
I want to understand how authority documents are updated in SN. I understand that once we activate the UCF plugin, it allows you to import all the documents in SN.
However, when the authority documents/citations/regulations gets updated on UCF/website how does that change gets incorporated in SN? Is there a scheduled job? Property? Any one reviews it before accepting the changes and incorporating it into SN?
Regards,
Pushpanjali.

All content coming from UCF gets updated in ServiceNow if there are any changes. If it's existing content then it gets updated, if it isn't then it gets created. The process today to update it can be found here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/madrid-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-ucf-import/tas...
Please note that while there is a review step in the process above, there is no formal regulatory change process today, but there is an Ideas Portal in which you could include it as a new idea or upvote it if it exists already.
