How do I test the vendor portal

I'm sending the assessments to a test vendor and a test primary contact. How do I access the vendor portal as the test primary contact?

The contact has the vendor_contact role. 

The url https://companyname.service-now.com/svdp opens the portal but I only see the below message

"This page is only for vendors to use."

You have to be vendor contact .Add a vendor contact and impersonate to it and check.

When vendor contacts are created, they are automatically assigned the snc_external role, giving them access to resources related to the vendor portal.

I suggest doing what Pranav says, but have an incognito window open in a different browser - because getting back out of the vendor portal is a bit trickier from impersonation 🙂 

Also, be aware of the changes to vendor portal in the recent release

Hi, how do you run this test, as I noticed SN platform now run BR that will Obfuscate password, so once the email sent out, it will remove the email body content from the logs.
