How is the "action blocked" field value is set on Crisis Event/Exercise in Business Continuity Management.
After the Zurich release, in the crisis event or exercise, we have observed that when we add a plan with also has related plan and its recovery tasks, the action blocked field is set to true and the start event is shown only after the action blocked is set back to false. I want to understand how is this logic applied in the OOTB,
Also, I see few scheduled jobs that runs everyday related to this.
