Hi All,
I was wondering how to get the out of the box 'Notify attestation recipient' notification to send out an html email to a concerned user when a control is set to the 'attest' state. Currently I'm only able to get the email sent out if I choose 'Send when: Record inserted or updated' but not entirely sure if that's how it should be since I assume you want it at the default 'Send when Event is fired'. Has anyone had luck with this part of GRC in Policy and Compliance?
Thanks,
David R

Irrespective of making all mentioned changes, this doesn't work on my clients New York instance, I tried on my Paris PDI it worked fine.

We are also using Insert/Update and we are sending notification on control table and not on assessment and we are sending them the survey link.

We actually created our own notifications and that was on control which worked fine. and it worked. We didn't have to use the OOB notifications

Hi Sanjiv,
Can you help us by sharing your code/screenshot?
As per docs, a notification will be sent OOB when control moves from draft to attest state but it's not happening for us. Attestation is not even showing up in "My attestations" link. So we created a custom notification when state moves from draft to attest. But we couldn't attach the "Attestation" link. Which table has the "Attestation" link?
Pls provide us link to any article or throw some light on Control state transition? Is there any SLA for attestation respondent to complete attestation?
Will notification be sent to GRC admin or respondents after control moves from review to monitor?
We couldn't get any articles/docs on this. Kindly share if you know any.
Thanks very much
