How to grant access to a user in workspace

Hello, 

I need a solution for below user story:

User story: GRC Business Users should have access to the Compliance Workspace.

Acceptance criteria: Any user with sn_grc.business_user role can access the Compliance workspace. 

Please provide detailed steps on how to proceed.

Hi @HemaV ,

Navigate Now Experience Framework > UI Builder.

Search "Compliance Workspace" on Experiences tab and open the record.

Click "View experience setting".

*below image is example of onother workspace

Click "Open access controls".

Then, you can access a acl setting and add sn_grc.business_user role to it.

@shun6, thank you for your response. May I know how to test after implementing the above?

 

Also, is there any other way to do it as well?

You need to modify the acl as I mentioned above and you can test it by following step.

1. Create user and assign sn_grc.business_user role. 

2. Impersonate that user and try to access Compliance Workspace.

You can configure the roles in the experience settings

Then try to give a user that role and then login with that user and they should be able to see the Compliance Workspace
