Hi @rd063 ,

The way i told, it would work in workspace as well.

This does not seem to work. Even when defining a Risk Assessment Scope for that specific Entity & RAM, the default values in the Risk Workspace "Assess" action are still the same. I have not found a solution for this yet.

Hello, did you ever find a solution for this? I have the same requirement, to default the assessor type and approver type to specific values.

Hi @Joe Macleod , @rd063 ,

You can define the accessors and approvers in the risk assessment scope for the entity.
If the risks are not linked to a risk assessment scope, the values are set in UI page.
These default values are set from the UI builder page. If you wish to modify the default selections, you must make customizations on the page directly.

Please follow the below-provided steps to access the page:

  1. Open UI builder from all menu.
  2. Select "ARA Workspace" from the experience.
  3. Open the "Trigger risk assessment" page and remove the default selections for assessor and approver.

Thank you for this information, I got the Default fields to change for all assessments, the only issue I am now facing is onLoad, even with the deafult selection now going to "Specify User" it will still require me to re-select it for the "Assessor" field to show.

I tried disabling the UI Component visibility rule to see if I could force it to show by default, but it looks to be shown/hidden based on another script which I cannot seem to find. Any suggestions @jaikishan1 ?
