I could not find the Vendor Portal plugin.

I would like to know whether this GRC Vendor Portal plugin is expired or changed its name? Because I could not find this plugin even though I type in the ID of this vendor portal. I already installed the vendor risk management plugin, and when I search for vendor portal I could not find this portal still. How should I enable this portal?

When activating plugins, always ask/inform the platform owner because once installed, it cannot be uninstalled..
