How to configure control assessment tab table in risk assessment form

Dear Experts,

Does anyone know how to add new fields in the control table in the risk assessment form (control assessment tab) as shown in the screenshot below.

I have surf the community and has prompt me to edit the UI page related to this but since i am relatively new i am unsure on how to edit the ui page to include new fields on the table. any help is appreciated

As soon as, you configured "new column element" in the UI page that will automatically get added to the Appropriate table in the plat form view. Also you can see the field in the control assessment tab in platform.
