Inherent Assessment tab formatter change

Hello,

We have a requirement to change the text on the highlighted area. Does anyone know where to change it? It is not a field so I can't just change the label. It seems to be a formatter. This is under the table, sn_risk_advanced_risk_assessment_instance.

These are factors. 

In Standard Risk Management module, these are OOB and factor values cannot be changed. If you have Advanced Risk Management module, you can change RIsk Assessment Methodology --> Assessment Instance --> Risk Factors. You need to publish the factors, assessment instance and methodology in the reverse order once you edit them

Thanks Giga. I think the problem is the user selected the wrong Risk Methodology in the Risk record.
