Hello,
I would like to understand how your organization is handling audit documents when uploaded to Engagement and other related workpapers in ServiceNow. With us, there are 100s of attachments (doc, pdf, outlook email, spreadsheet) attached to a single engagement (including related records, averaging 30 attachments/work paper) and ServiceNow is turning like a document repository for audit management which makes it difficult in terms of managing performance, indexing (global search), exporting in the platform. Currently there are no options like managing the documents outside of ServiceNow such as Sharepoint or Onedrive. I would like to get some broader perspective on this by reaching out in the community to hear other's thoughts too.
