We are trying to set up a demo for a client and wanted to include the Smart Assessment Engine in the demo. Please share how to set up the actions in the Smart Assessment Engine and include responses as inputs. Thank you!

For this include the Smart Assessment Engine in the demo, you’ll need to configure Post Assessment Actions so that responses can be used as inputs for automation.

Also show a simple flow where completing the assessment automatically generates a follow-up record or sends a notification, highlighting how responses drive outcomes.
