Is it possible to configure document templates for IRM or ITSM?

Hello,

 

Is it possible to use document templates for IRM or ITSM? 

 

As I have installed the plugin on my PDI - Document Templates [sn_doc] where I have only ITSM, the plugin was installed but I cannot see anything on the filter navigator related to it. Also, on the official documentation (Document Templates) it seems to be related to HRSD. 

 

Can it be configured only for HRSD? Are there any plugins needed in order to work for other products too?

no dependency on HRSD.

Document template is stand-alone table

It's just that your table should be task extended and it will start showing while creating document template

You can install in your PDI

Thank you! It appears now, it seems that is taking some time for the Modules to display in the filter navigator after plugin installation.

yes it takes some time.

Sometimes you need to clear instance cache and logout and login to see them
