Hello Folks,

This portal is very basic and can be built using OOB widgets. A few months back I had a chat with ServiceNow GRC experts and it came to my attention that they followed the OOB widgets to define it. So if you sit and learn a basic portal you can define this portal in a week or 2.

ServiceNow will never ship this portal in any version as it's built by using OOtB portal widgets and can be built by customers.

Best Regards,

Anurag

Hi Nishithad,

ServiceNow GRC solution is currently composed of four products.

  1. Risk Management (GRC tier 1)
  2. Policy & Compliance Management (GRC tier 2)
  3. Audit Management (GRC tier 3)
  4. Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

Only Vendor Risk Management comes with a Service Portal.
VRM is an independent solution that can be used without the other ones.
Its Service Portal is really nice, and it allow external people, from outside your organisation, to fulfil requests coming from inside your organisation.

As of Madrid, there is no built-in Service Portal for the other GRC solutions (the first three items), even if ServiceNow has developed one for their own internal usage.
