Hello Folks,
This portal is very basic and can be built using OOB widgets. A few months back I had a chat with ServiceNow GRC experts and it came to my attention that they followed the OOB widgets to define it. So if you sit and learn a basic portal you can define this portal in a week or 2.
ServiceNow will never ship this portal in any version as it's built by using OOtB portal widgets and can be built by customers.
Best Regards,
Anurag

Hi Nishithad,
What would be the estimated effort to create this kind of portal for GRC solution.
1. effort required when portal is based on jelly.
2. effort required when portal is based on angular.
Regards
Rajesh

If ServiceNow has the audacity to demo IRM for a customer and throw a custom built IRM portal and make it sound like its readily available to any interested customer, then it should be a plug-in that any partner or SN customer may choose to install.
Why all the X-files secret stash and just share?

I think it is because the Portal is most likely to be customized based on customer's needs, and portal changes are in Global scope also. If include the portal code in the GRC bundle, it could cause other platform feature change (it already did when Orlando include GRC function on ServicePortal).
