Dear experts,
Is there a way for me to create a risk event response template just based on the entity without having to have a specific category?
goal:
entity = Finance
category = <All>
expecting for when user log in risk event with entity finance regardless of the category selected, the event risk response template will trigger. Is this even possible? All help are appreciated. Thank you in advance

Hi @IkmalHakim ,
Before you get rid of importance of Category field, you must understand what it is actually :
Category is that the risk event applies to if there is an occurrence. You can edit the category to apply one of the following options.
- Personal: For example, any physical harm caused to an employee.
- Legal: For example, an employee conducts a business that is a conflict of interest.
- Information Security: For example, a theft, burglary, or system crash.
- Human Resources: For example, sensitive lawsuits by an employee against another employee.
- All: Any risk event that is reported.
Now, the OOTB Risk Response record form has "Category" Field to be mandatory and by default it's "Personal".
However, as per your screenshot, it's not mandatory, so you can actually create a risk event response template just based on the entity without using category field.

As of now, this is not possible.
You have to create multiple risk event templates for each category and entity.
