We have noticed that each update to a policy creates a new knowledge article, example is policy 123 which had kb001 now has kb002 and kb003 if another change was done. the latest is the only valid one. The issue is these links back to KBs are shared across the enterprise. Does anyone have an idea on a fix or has seen this? thank you.

Hi, thank you, we do not have versioning on. this has to do with the business rule that is oob that creates a kb from a policy. we never touched the oob script and are now seeing multiple retired articles for policy edits.

Figured it out. Versioning must be turned on.
