My org has a set of policies on the website and some are in the documents. Is there a way to load the data into ServiceNow?

Hi Sri,
Yes you can import policies into servicenow by using excel spreadsheets.
Create a mapping document and load them into SN.
I have done a couple of implementations where we gave the customer a spreadsheet with SN Field names as headers for them to fill it up with the details for us to import into ServiceNow.
Some wanted to have the policies as attachments and hence that was a pretty tedious task of attaching individual policy attachments to its related policy record in ServiceNow.
In your case if you can leverage that policy documents and pull them onto a spreadsheet with the needed info , its easy to import.

One of the benefits of using Policy in SN GRC is to be able to publish it to the KB.
IN this case, the biggest challenge with loading policies is not the data itself but the structure and formatting. Especially when it comes to breaking out the policy into its constituent Control Objectives (nee Policy Statements); and then rebuilding it so it is meaningfully presented. Your end users can consume it, but what is being 'expected' can thus be measured..
The opportunity here is huge! What Priya provides is a great starting point, beyond that the potential is exponential.
