Do anyone have idea if servicenow provides out of the box functionality of logging master risks. And if we can convert risks to issues?

ServiceNow offers a feature to convert project risks into issues. This process involves selecting the specific risk and utilizing the "Convert RIDAC" option. Through this option, you can provide the required details and seamlessly generate an issue based on the selected risk.

Hi @Kriti_1 ,
OOTB, Risks gets created when you add a Entity type to the risk statement for the respective entity.
All Risks can be found under Risk Regiter> All Risks
All of the Risks are mastered in "sn_risk_risk" table.
Risk cannot be conveted as Issue. However, Issues can be created as part of Risk Lifecycle.
