Missing Due Diligence Dashboard

I have installed Third Party Management Product in our sandbox environment. Unfortunately, upon viewing Vendor Management Workspace, Due Diligence Dashboard is missing. I also checked the list pages in UI Builder and I still can't find the page for Due Diligence Management. It was also shown in the product documentation that the Due Diligence Management reports is displayed under the home page icon.
