Need to configure the columns in list view in workspace

Hi Developers,

In Audit workspace, I want to keep same list layout (columns) when i am redirected to list of records when I click on the reports that are present on the dashboard like engagement as shown in below image.

After clicking on the numbers that are there in engagement above, i am redirected to below list view. So i need to set the default columns for the users. So where do i need to configure it.

You can click on setting -> Edit Column and you can change the configure based on your requirement ,

This will be specific to only me. I want to apply it to all users.

You can configure the default workspace columns through below steps ,  If this also dosen't help please let me know 

Steps:
1. Navigate to sys_ux_list_list.do
2. Search for the Workspace configuration you want to edit
3. Update the columns as required

What do you need to do if you need to edit the list view if there is a view in the UX list i.e. SOW?
