Need to configure the columns in list view in workspace

Hi Developers,
In Audit workspace, I want to keep same list layout (columns) when i am redirected to list of records when I click on the reports that are present on the dashboard like engagement as shown in below image.
After clicking on the numbers that are there in engagement above, i am redirected to below list view. So i need to set the default columns for the users. So where do i need to configure it.

Sorry to necro-post but I am looking to do the same thing for our IT Remediation Workspace. I have found the list I want to change, but the lock icon (or a listing of any of the columns) is not present. As the page loads I see the lock then it disappears.

Hello @swathisarang98
I have done the following steps
1. Navigate to sys_ux_list_list.do
2. Search for the Workspace configuration you want to edit
3. Update the columns as required
In list table , I have created new UX list, created new configuration and category aslo and added columns in order as expected but it's not working
is UX list, configuration is OOTB or we can create new ?

Hi @Snehal Madakatt , you can go to sys_ux_list.LIST by searching it in application navigator and enter the list name you want to configure the columns for. Open the record for the same. You will have the option to change the column layout.
