Not able to find engagement or other grc tables in the Process automation designer dropdown PFA ss

As shown in the screenshot I am not able to find the engagement or other GRC tables in the table list.
Is there some plugin required or is it the matter with instance version , please help.

yes all required GRC plugin are installed in the instance

Hi @jigyasaarora23 ,
Make sure the Application Scope is GRC :Audit Management.
and when you type Audit in the App navigator , you should see:
Then, you can try in PAD, then you should see "Engagement":

yes i tried that, did not work. But is your instance on Vancouver release?
