Business Continuity Plan - Editing a plan (any field) should return the status to draft

As an analyst I explore the capabilities of the GRC module, particularly the workflow of business continuity plans.

I noticed that it is possible to modify the values of an 'approved' plan, which is normal. My question is in two parts:

1- Is it normal that it is possible to modify certain values without the status returning to 'draft'? for example in the 'Details/General Information' section it is possible to modify the type of plan, in the 'Recovery Tasks' section it is possible to add tasks or modify existing tasks and also many other places without modifying the state

2- using the 'Edit' button automatically changes the state to 'Draft', are the same business rules applied in 'Business Continuity Workspace' mode as in traditional service now mode?

note: i am using my PDI and my Admin user to perform the tests

Hello again,

I redid my tests by impersonating Abel Tuter who is not a platform admin and the conclusion is that it is not possible to modify a plan without using the Edit button;

please inform me if I missed anything otherwise the case is closed

Thank you !
