It looks like notifications are supposed to be triggered by the OOTB Flow "Generate smart assessments for control" but only when the Action Status Code is 1. What does that mean? How does that get defined?
When we kicked off our first SAE it appears we always get code 0 and the notifications do not get triggered. I wasn't able to find any documentation on this.
