Opening a Modal on the Workspace to add multiple users to send an assessment

Hello Guys,

 

We have a requirement where when a button is clicked on the Risk workspace, a modal window should open up and user should be able to select multiple users to whom he can send the assessment for.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
