I have been trying to use my development instance for days and it started by saying that it was having issues and will be resolved soon. Now it says it will be reclaimed even though it is not 10 days I have not used it. What should I do to preserve it? I received and email that it will be reclaimed tomorrow.

Hi @JULESN
Refer: Keeping PDIs Available for Active Builders: Upcoming PDI Reclamation Changes
As you have received warning message , ensure you have taken proper back up of your work. because it anytime it is reclaimed, you will loose all your data.
Please check this Personal Developer Instance (PDI) Guide
Where it is written-
"When a PDI is reclaimed, the instance is unassigned from you, reset to its original state, and reassigned to another Developer Site user. Reclaiming instances allows ServiceNow to supply active developer site user with free instances."
There is no support available in PDI.

Hello @JULESN ,
From few days , servicenow is reclaiming pdi's . Same mail got my collegues also and their pdi is reclaimed already . Dont worry even if your pdi is reclaimed , you can request new pdi but it may take time . Dont forget to take your work backup ( update sets , xml files ) .
