PIA Disappears when adding respondent who does not have a GRC/IRM role.

Using CAM. 
Create a Boundary, then Package

Answer Yes to any of the questions on the PIA
Add respondents who already have an sn_IRM role. 
Send PIA and it works. 

When I try to add a general user (no fulfiller role) it doesn't add 

If I try to change name in Assigned to in the assessment instance table the record is deleted. 

I can do this in my PDI - pick any user and the assessment shows on the ESC or can view in fulfiller view. So I know you can ask any user in the system to fill out an assessment. Not sure where to start looking. ACL?

Hi @clktester ,

What i read here is, PIA works on your PDI but it doesn't on your customer instance.

So you will have to check the ACLs in both instances and compare.
