Qualitative Scores for Smart Assessments

How can I generate qualitative values from Smart Assessment Scores? I see that I am able to configure scoring at the question, section and assessment level. How do I translate the scores into a qualitative value for the assessment that can be written back to another table?

Hi Jess,
Once Assessment is completed by Assessor, the scores will be calculated by ServiceNow based on the weights you have setup for questions when building the template.
This score will be stored in "Metric Instance(sn_smart_scoring_metric_instance)" table which can be leveraged by your flow to populate in required tables.
